India Barnes

India Barnes is an educational entrepreneur and 4th grade teacher in the Marietta City School District. In 2020, she found Learn Plus Tutor, an online tutoring marketplace. India holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education from Mercer University. She tutors elementary-age children in mathematics and learners of all ages in English and Social Studies. India believes that when learning experiences are related to children’s lives, they provide children with a reason to learn.
