Mercer University’s Enterprise Learning Partnership (ELP) program supports the mission of our educational partners by preparing highly qualified teachers and leaders for impact across public and independent school systems. Employees receive educational benefits when enrolling in eligible academic programs at Mercer University. Through this partnership program, Mercer University is committed to delivering high-quality, high-value academic programs that offer convenience and flexibility to professional educators seeking to advance their own education and expand their impact in their classrooms, schools, and beyond.
Programs available in the College of Education may include:
- B.S.Ed. programs for initial teacher certification candidates who do not hold a bachelor’s degree
- M.A.T. programs for initial teacher certification candidates who do hold a bachelor’s degree
- M.Ed., Ed.S., and Ph.D. advanced teacher education degree programs
- M.Ed., Ed.S., and Ph.D. educational leadership degree programs
- M.Ed. and Ph.D. higher education leadership degree programs
- M.S. in School Counseling degree program (offered through the College of Professional Advancement)
- Certification-only (non-degree) programs

Program benefits include:
- Tuition scholarship for online initial teacher certification, advanced teacher education, and educational leadership programs
- Waived application fee
- Transfer credit policy, including the opportunity to earn course credit for prior learning
- Opportunity to complete field placement while maintaining current teaching position
