Mercer’s Savannah Campus is located at the Memorial University Medical Center and is home to our School of Medicine. Tift College of Education also offers graduate Educational Leadership programs at this location.
The Savannah Campus is part of the Mercer University Library Network that serves as a gateway of information resources through strong collections and innovative, technology-rich patron services to support the educational needs of our working adult students. Our libraries’ collections offer a wide variety of print, non-print and electronic resources, including web-based library catalogs and remotely accessible full-text resources.
Mercer is a full participant in GALILEO, the award-winning statewide library network of full-text resources, e-books and indexes that brings a full array of information resources to the desktop.
Information Technology Services
A robust and constantly expanding infrastructure gives students the technological tools they need to complete coursework and stay connected. On campus, students access the Mercer network through both wireless and wired Internet connections. Our computing labs provide students with specialized software.
The school’s Canvas intranet site, Mercer’s web-based platform for instructional technology offers a wealth of resources helpful for classroom work and extracurricular activities.
The university maintains a health service for all students including those at the Savannah Campus. Counseling and Psychological Services provides medical and mental health services to all currently enrolled Mercer students. These services are accessible at the Atlanta and Macon campuses. The CAPS staff works as an integrated treatment team to provide quality care. Most services are free of charge, and any costs incurred can be paid at the time of service or billed to the student account. Appointments are encouraged, and walk-in visits will be accommodated when possible. Our hope is to provide an atmosphere that is welcoming and respectful of the dignity and worth of all students.
